Oriental Alliances and Human Resources Development is a section of H&H-T.E.S.T.I.N.G.  We currently are offering a specialized English Training course in the city of Guangzhou, Guangdong PRC

English speaking in the international market and workplace has become a priority of all those who desire a more enriched future.  This is of a primary great concern to students who are about to enter the job market.  Pronunciation and comfort in speaking and overall communication, confidence and composure, has become the primary demand of employers and a necessity for those who intend to travel abroad.  How important is your study of the English language to you?  Invest your time and resources wisely.

Many people have taken and either failed or barely passed one of the many given tests that are offered in China that are designed to determine an English proficiency level (TOEIC, CET-4, CET-6, BEC, TOFEL, etc.).  Many of these tests require speaking or talking in the form of reading materials or answering questions, pronunciation with confidence and accuracy.  Very often, those who seemingly “successfully” pass these tests find that it is extremely difficult to communicate effectively in English and even more difficult to understand accurately what was intended by others, which is crucial during a job interview or visa interview. These persons, students, ultimately are unable to find the job of their desire even though they may have scored “high” on a particular test and fail many interviews.

It has been discovered that the primary reason for this dilemma, situation or problem, is that many English learning institutions are not offering classes with a true deep seated concern for the students’ future as the main purpose for teaching, but instead offering classes in order to just make money.  We believe that you, the enrollee or student, should get what you paid for.  Invest your time and resources wisely. Test givers make money and English learning institutions make money.  Only the student suffers.

Wise advice is not to take “any” test before you have fully prepared yourself in all areas of proficiency expectation and always get a second opinion.  Plan now!  Plan ahead!  This can help to avoid having to have to take a test again and again.  Many persons have score high on tests but yet cannot be understood clearly, cannot understand English media (television, DVDs, CDs, newspapers, books, etc.), ultimately finding that they are unable to compete or even teach effectively or to progress or be promoted in a particular job.

There is now a special offer of a uniquely designed course, consisting of lectures and seminars, available for you.  These lectures and seminars are being taught almost entirely in English by an American speaker, with clear pronunciation, diction, body language and gestures.  These professional, expert lectures, seminars, instructions, guidance and coaching provided have been proven successful in actual situations.  Increase your confidence, skills and abilities to understand and communicate in English and to be more of a professional in the international market and workplace.

Class size is an important factor in regards to any effective and efficient method of learning and teaching.  Classes that are “too” large have been proven to cause a negative educational result for many students, some who are inevitably overlooked in a large classroom setting, or find that it is too difficult to concentrate because of the volume of students.  Questions that wanted to be asked or instructions or clarification that was desired could not be put forth.  The American instructor assigns seating with attendance being a must.  Course sizes are limited to thirty-six (36) enrollees per session, each of which are four and one half hours in length (including two fifteen minute and one thirty minute break).
